Service
PassCDL provides free CDL written exam practice tests and optional PassCDL Pro subscription features. We may update features with reasonable notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for your password and account activity. You must provide accurate information.
PassCDL Pro
Pro is billed at the price shown at checkout (monthly or annual). Cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of charge unless the Pass Guarantee applies (below).
Pass Guarantee (Pro)
PassCDL Pro includes a written-exam prep guarantee. If you follow the steps below and still fail your official state DMV written knowledge exam, we will refund your most recent Pro payment.
How to qualify
- Subscribe to PassCDL Pro (monthly or annual).
- Complete two full-length exam simulations in any category at 80% or higher while your subscription is active.
- Take your state DMV written exam within 30 days of your second qualifying simulation.
- If you fail the official written exam, email support within 14 days with your DMV failure notice and account email.
Limitations
- Applies to written knowledge exams only — not ELDT theory, skills tests, or endorsements you did not study for on PassCDL.
- Qualifying simulations must use Pro exam mode (timed, no hints until finish).
- One refund per customer; refund is limited to your most recent Pro payment.
- We may verify simulation scores in your PassCDL account before issuing a refund.
To request a guarantee refund, use our Pass Guarantee contact form with subject “Pass Guarantee” and include your account email and DMV failure documentation.
Acceptable use
No scraping, abuse, automated load testing without permission, or attempts to bypass subscription limits.
